more than two decades of experience leading \u200elarge scale infrastructure programmes. In his capacity as the Chief Executive Officer of Etihad Rail PJSC, \u200ehe has contributed to shaping national connectivity strategies and driving economic transformation \u200elocally and internationally.<\/p>\r\n<p>His Excellency also holds the positions of Chairman of AD Ports Group and Aramex, and is also a Board \u200eMember in in ADX and Abu Dhabi Transport Company.<\/p>\r\n<p>Since 2018, during H.E. Malak\u2019s tenure as the Chief Executive Officer of Etihad Rail PJSC, chaired by His \u200eHighness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Etihad Rail established an integrated, \u200efuture ready rail passenger and freight ecosystem for the UAE and successfully expanded across \u200evarious sectors and jurisdictions. Etihad Rail became an internationally recognized benchmark, \u200eexpanding partnerships and opportunities across Oman, Jordan, Paraguay, and other global markets, \u200ewhile supporting national objectives in mobility, logistics, critical infrastructure, and sustainable \u200edevelopment.\u200e<\/p>\r\n<p>Prior to his current role, H.E. Malak served as CEO of Etihad Rail DB Operations LLC, a landmark joint \u200eventure with one of Europe\u2019s leading rail operators, where he led the UAE\u2019s first heavy haul railway \u200eoperations. From 2007 to 2013, he held senior roles at Etihad Rail, including Executive Director of \u200eCommercial &amp; Operations and Board Secretary, aiding the strategic foundation of the UAE\u2019s rail sector.\u200e<\/p>\r\n<p>Earlier in his career, H.E. Jasim, who was elected to TAQA\u2019s Board of Directors in 2019, is an energy industry veteran with more than two<br \/>decades of experience.<br \/><br \/>Prior to his role at TAQA, he served as CEO and MD of ADPower, where he leveraged the company\u2019s portfolio of assets throughout the value-chain to support the transformation of the power and water sector in the UAE. He also served as CEO of National Central Cooling Company PJSC (Tabreed), where he drove capacity expansion and revenue growth. Almaazmi \u200eserved as the Director General of Investment &amp; Economic Affairs \u200eat the Department of Finance \u2013 Abu Dhabi, where he oversaw \u200eseveral key functions, including government investments, \u200epetroleum and natural resources affairs, strategic projects and \u200epolicies, economic affairs, and public debt.\u200e<br \/>\u200e \u200e<br \/>In addition to his current role, H.E. Almaazmi serves as Chairman \u200eof the Board of Directors at PureHealth Holding. He is also a \u200eboard member of L\u2019imad Holding Company, Abu Dhabi National \u200eEnergy Company (TAQA), and ADNOC Gas, and sits on the boards \u200eand subcommittees of a number of other entities.\u200e<br \/>\u200e \u200e<br \/>Before this role at DoF, H.E. Almaazmi worked at Mubadala \u200eInvestment Company, where he was part of the private equity \u200eteam, focusing on direct and indirect international investments. \u200eHis professional journey includes roles at McKinsey &amp; Company \u200eand Emirates Advance Investments Group.\u200e<br \/>\u200e \u200e<br \/>H.E.
