explore long-term cooperation across offshore wind \u200esupply chain development, maritime logistics, port infrastructure, and strategic vessel \u200einvestments.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration builds on a series of strategic initiatives and partnerships \u200eannounced by AD Ports Group in the renewable energy and offshore sectors, \u200eincluding recent agreements with Masdar, Siemens Energy, and Green Parrot, as \u200ewell as the acquisition of Balenciaga Astilleros Shipyard in Spain, a specialist in \u200eoffshore wind construction, all of which are building the Group\u2019s offshore energy \u200ecapabilities.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>The MoU reflects the shared ambition of both parties to combine their complementary \u200estrengths in order to accelerate growth within the offshore solutions for offshore wind components, development of pre-assembly \u200ehubs, cooperation on selected offshore wind tenders and industrial projects, plus \u200efabrication, assembly, and logistics
