Dhabi, UAE \u2013 17 February 2026<\/strong>: AD Ports Group (ADX: ADPORTS), a leading global enabler of trade, industry, and logistics solutions, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BUA Group, one of Africa\u2019s largest foods, mining, manufacturing, and industrial conglomerates, and MAIR Group (ADX: MAIR), a strategic investment company focused on grocery retail and commercial real estate in the UAE, to explore the development of integrated sugar refineries and edible oil facilities in Abu Dhabi and select international markets.<\/p>\n<p>The partnership aims to create a world-class food manufacturing and processing ecosystem with the ambition of establishing the region\u2019s largest agri-food hub, serving both regional and global demand.
