2026<\/strong>: AD Ports Group (ADX: \u200eADPORTS), a leading global enabler of trade, industry, and logistics solutions, today \u200eannounced the successful completion of the financial closing of its acquisition of Corredor \u200eLog\u00edstica e Infraestrutura (CLI), Brazil\u2019s leading independent agri-bulk port terminal operator \u200efrom funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management and IG4 Capital.\u200e<\/p>\n<p>The transaction, announced on 2 June 2026, was completed following the satisfaction of \u200ecustomary closing conditions, including regulatory and antitrust approvals. AD Ports Group \u200ereceived the necessary approvals from Brazil's National Waterway Transportation Agency \u200e\u200e(ANTAQ) and the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), enabling the \u200etransaction to proceed to completion. \u200e<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition was conducted at an enterprise value of AED 3.1 billion (USD 835 million), \u200emaking it the largest acquisition in the Group\u2019s history.
