  • Selling Warehouse Assets in KEZAD for AED 945 Million
  • Maintaining business continuity amidst Gulf crisis by securing alternate land, sea, rail, and air route access
  • Receiving STS and RTG Cranes Ahead of Opening of Noatum Ports Safaga Terminal in Egypt
  • Attracting AED 147 million in new KEZAD land lease and Economic Development Projects in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi
  • Breaking Ground on LPG Storage Terminal at Khalifa Port Under Cooperation with Nimex Terminals

  • Set records in Group Revenue (AED 20.77 billion, +20% ‎YoY) and Total Net Profit (AED ‎‎2.07 billion, +16%)‎
  • Expanded its customer base by almost 20%, and spending ‎by top 10 customers by about ‎‎40%‎
  • Raised AED 4.6 billion (USD 1.3 billion) through the sale of ‎land, warehouses, and a non-‎core financial stake
  • Commenced multipurpose terminal operations as well as ‎an associated logistics ‎business in Luanda, Angola
  • Acquired stakes market-leading container terminals in ‎Egypt (ALCN), and in Syria (LICT)‎
  • Reached agreement to build a 20km2 industrial and ‎logistics park in Egypt, at the mouth ‎of the Suez Canal
  • Reduced the carbon intensity of its operations through ‎new efficiencies, technologies, ‎and solar energy

2024

  • Completed the acquisition of 100% ownership of APM Terminals Castellon in Spain
  • Signed three 15-year cruise terminal concession agreements with RSPA in Egypt at Safaga, Hurghada, and Sharm El Sheikh ports
  • Secured a 25-year concession agreement for a Bulk and General Cargo Terminal at Karachi Port in Pakistan (KGTML)
  • Acquired a 60% stake in Dubai Technologies, a trade and transportation solutions developer based in Dubai
  • Acquired 60% ownership in Tbilisi Dry Port, a key logistics facility in Georgia
  • Secured 81% ownership in the JV with a 20-year concession to operate and upgrade Luanda Multipurpose Port Terminal
  • Entered with 30% stake in JV with Adani Ports to acquire 95% of a 30-year container terminal concession at Dar es Salaam port
  • Acquired 70% ownership in Safina, a provider of maritime agency and cargo services in Egypt
  • Inaugurated CMA Terminals Khalifa Port, adding 2.6M TEUs, increasing Khalifa Port’s total capacity to 7.8M TEUs in 2024
  • Integrated Noatum Group’s assets into AD Ports Group’s verticals: Noatum Maritime, Ports, and Logistics
  • AD Ports Group’s Fitch rating upgraded to ‘AA-’ from ‘A+’ in March 2024; Moody’s assigned initial ‘A1’ rating with stable outlook
