Khalifa Port

<p>Strategically located halfway between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, Khalifa Port is the first semi-automated, deep-water, container port in the GCC region. Fully owned by AD Ports Group, the port handles container cargo, general cargo, roll-on/roll-off (Ro-Ro) as well as break-bulk cargo. Connectivity is at the core of Khalifa Port’s uniqueness. It serves multiple shipping lines, offers direct links to all key international destinations, and over 1,000 port-to-port connections and links an intermodal transport network facilitating efficient transportation and logistics across sea, road and air. The port will also be the first in the UAE to be linked to the new Etihad Rail network, which is currently under construction.</p>

Pre-built Warehouses and LIU Offering Ease of Business Setup and Efficient Operations

Pre-built warehouses of the Logistics Sector in KEZAD have been designed to be fully flexible combinations that are made available in terms of size, layout and specifications. These pre-built facilities offer warehouses ranging from 300m2 to 50,000m2. Each unit has been carefully designed to be efficient for the installation of clients’ storage or racking systems. Units can be chosen with offices and loading access at the same end of the building or at opposite ends to suit clients’ preferred business workflow.
