250,000 Sqm New Warehousing Capacity

AED 621 million investment

KEZAD Group has commenced the development of warehousing capacity of more than 250,000 square metres, with an investment of AED 621 million to bring additional capacity of pre-built industrial and logistics facilities online by the end of 2025.

Food and Auto Hubs with AED 330 million Investment

Investments are a part of AD Ports Group’s AED 15 billion capex plan

KEZAD Group started the infrastructure works worth AED 330 million for developing Abu Dhabi Food Hub and Global Auto Hub – Abu Dhabi along with other ongoing projects within its Area B1 in KEZAD Al Ma’mourah.

AED 42 million Landscaping Upgrade of KEZAD Al Ma’mourah

Project includes landscaping of 24 km of main roads and planting of 350 trees.

KEZAD Group has begun main road landscaping works across 288,000 sqm in KEZAD AL Ma’mourah.

450,000 sqm Metal Park

Metal Park will allow companies to adapt to market demand without infrastructure constraints.

KEZAD Group broke the ground on Metal Park Investment ME LTD’s integrated Metal Park in Abu Dhabi in the presence of senior executives.

AED 55 million infrastructure upgrade in Mussaffah(ICAD 1)

Recarpeting of 23 km road will ensure smoother traffic flow of traffic

KEZAD Group has started work on upgrading and revamping the road network and facilities across 40,000 sqm in KEZAD Musaffah (ICAD 1).

$50 million Build-to-Suit Facility for Emtelle.

The $50m Emtelle's facility under development in KEZAD will be one of their largest manufacturing facilities globally, including distribution and R&D innovation centres.

KEZAD Group and Emtelle jointly broke ground for their upcoming manufacturing facility for the production, distribution, research, and development of ducted network systems and blown fibre units in Abu Dhabi.

252,000 sqm Build-to-suit fulfilment centre for Noon.com

The 252,000 sqm fulfilment centre is scheduled for delivery in 2024

KEZAD Group and online retailer noon.com broke ground on the UAE’s largest fulfilment centre in Abu Dhabi, which will form part of an anchor investment by noon into the emirate’s fast-growing e-commerce space.
