Sdeira Group began as KEZAD Communities a part of AD Ports Group’s Economic Cities & Free Zones, a vision grounded in the UAE’s history and spirit of unity. Named after the historic Seih Sdeira, the birthplace of the unity that resulted in the establishment of the United Arab Emirates, our name carries a legacy of milestones and profound insight. Sdeira Group is inspired by the historic site of Seih Sdeira, where two great leaders met to unite the emirates into one country. ZonesCorp Accommodations

Allocation lands for staff accommodations purposes & establishing a specialized unit for staff accommodation under ZonesCorp.

2007

BOT Partnerships

Signing contracts with private partners to develop staff residential cities under (B.O.T) system.

2009

ZonesCorp Design Standards

ZonesCorp issues the first version of staff accommodation design standards and specifications and the operational guidelines.

2011

Musaffah & Al Mafraq Operations

The new regulated staff accommodation cities in Musaffah & Al Mafraq started their operations.

2020

AD Ports Management

Abu Dhabi Ports Group was mandated to operate and manage the staff accommodation cities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

2021

KEZAD Communities

Establishing Kezad Communities offers comprehensive solutions to enhance employee wellbeing throughout its value chain and within its new developments.

2022

Razeen Cities Launch

Razeen Residential Community, located south of Al Wathba along the Abu Dhabi-Al Ain Highway and Truck Road E30, is near the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi.
