We are looking for a Customs and Compliance Manager who will join our Dry Port Legal division. 

Our Dry Port operations team is the core division for our company, as we must provide our customers with peace of mind while we handle their cargo. Working as a Customs and Compliance Manager, you will lead a complex terminal documentation with a focus on safety, administration, productivity and working hands in all aspects of the accuracy of customs documents.

• Being familiar with Customs related legislation in Georgia
• Monitor/control that citizens without passes and without registering in special journals are not allowed entering-dispatching from TDP territory transport facilities (full or empty).
• Monitor/control that entering-dispatching of full containers, loaded transport facilities without transport documentations, passes and registering in special journals is not allowed.
• Filing and archiving of documents and correspondence.
• Monitor the stock management in customs bonded warehouse and accurately report to customs
• Monitor and control that data reported through customs applications are timely and accurate
• Review and be up to date about all changes in Customs legislation in Georgia

• Proven knowledge of Customs Legislation of Georgia
• Higher Education
• Proven knowledge of Georgian and English Languages.
• Proven knowledge of in Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP systems

• At least 2 years experience in the similar field
• Solid supervisory skills, strong interpersonal skills, and basic math skills
• Negotiation, and anlytical skills
• Good personality and communication skill
