Key Responsibilities
Verify client documentation (ID/passport, power of attorney) and confirm data in systems (RS.ge, terminal operating system);
Prepare customs declarations and enter relevant data into the system;
Issue invoices, verify and confirm payments;
Coordinate with responsible parties in case of discrepancies and inform clients;
Manage clients and guide them through terminal procedures after completion.
This role involves verifying the accuracy, legality, and compliance of documents submitted by clients, administering customs procedures, and accurately recording data in internal operational systems. The position requires attention to detail, a high sense of responsibility, and effective communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
