A World-Class Cruise Hub
Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal, located in the heart of Zayed Port in Abu Dhabi, is a leading hub for the cruise industry. It serves as the ultimate gateway for international cruise lines and passengers, offering state-of-the-art infrastructure, world-class terminal operations, and comprehensive services capable of handling all types of cruise terminal operations.
In 2024 and 2025, Abu Dhabi was named the World’s Best Cruise Destination and Middle East’s Best Cruise Destination by the World Cruise Awards.
The Group’s cruise business began in 2019, when AD Ports Group developed Marsa Mina, a vibrant waterfront lifestyle destination situated against the backdrop of Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal at Zayed Port. Marsa Mina provides a range of retail and casual dining options for international visitors and UAE residents.
As passenger numbers rose, the Group launched Cruise Terminal 2 in Q4 2022 to accommodate the growing demand. The expansion significantly increased capacity, enabling the terminal to provide exceptional service and an enhanced cruise experience for passengers.
In addition to warm Arabian hospitality, cruise passengers enjoy a variety of services at Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal, including restaurants, souvenir and retail shops, currency exchange, and airline check-in.
The ongoing development of new services, such as a recently opened heliport, has further enhanced the terminal’s offerings, contributing to its growing stature as a preferred global cruise hub.
The Group’s cruise network includes six terminals – two in the UAE, one in Jordan, and three planned in Egypt.
