Our New Business Model

AD Ports Group is entering a new phase of growth which will drive synergies across clusters, extract value from M&As, and increase profitability and stakeholder value. As of 1 January 2025, Noatum Group’s brands have been fully integrated within our five-cluster structure. The global brands leading our clusters are Noatum Logistics, Noatum Maritime, and Noatum Ports, representing Logistics, Maritime & Shipping, and Ports, respectively.

This transformation allows us to offer unmatched opportunities and resources to help businesses thrive. Our name and brands may evolve, but our dedication to empowering stakeholders’ success remains the same. 

With a more robust business portfolio, we optimise trade and logistics from every angle.

Maqta Technologies Group – the lead brand of our Digital Cluster – delivers advanced, smart, and innovative digital solutions catering to trade and logistics stakeholders.

The Economic Cities & Free Zones Cluster oversees the operations of KEZAD Group, the largest integrated trade, logistics, and industrial zone ecosystem in the region.

Noatum Logistics is the lead brand of our Logistics Cluster providing fully integrated logistics services across the entire customer supply chain.

Our Noatum Maritime brand covers a wide portfolio of diversified maritime solutions, world-class marine services, transshipment, offshore, and port agency services, among others.

The Ports Cluster, which has 34 terminals worldwide to meet the diverse needs of our customers, includes the new Noatum Ports brand, which oversees the Group’s non-UAE based ports, the Group’s automotive businesses, Noatum Automotive, Autoterminal Khalifa Port and Autoterminal Barcelona, and stevedoring line TCI.

The Group’s UAE ports and terminals are under the Cluster’s Abu Dhabi Ports brand. The third leg of the cluster is the Group’s passenger cruise businesses.
